Grants and frequently asked questions

Which companies are eligible for reimbursement via Co-valent?

Companies falling under the CP 116 and CP 207 joint committees are eligible for reimbursement of language training costs via Co-valent. The subsidy can cover up to €35 per hour per person, depending on the terms and conditions. This reduces the cost to the company and maximises the training budget.

How are the courses tailored?

Each training course begins with an initial assessment to evaluate participants’ individual levels and define their professional goals. The content is then adapted accordingly. This includes individual or small group formats, levels from A0 to C2 and modules focused on professional contexts (email, meetings, customer support, technical exchanges). We provide progress monitoring (assessments and final reports) to help participants achieve their goals.

What results should we expect?

At the end of the course, each participant receives a detailed progress report: a certificate of progress, recommendations for next steps and reporting that can be used directly in HR training plans. Companies benefit from measurable and actionable indicators to assess the impact of language learning on their performance and skills development.
